When people are unhappy in a relationship, it affects all aspects of their
lives. Whether the pain is caused by infidelity, verbal wounds, substance
use, dishonesty, or poor communication skills does not matter - people feel
unsettled and preoccupied resulting in poorer performance at work and as a
parent or increased use of destructive coping behaviors (food, pornography,

I am a Certified Gottman Therapist and am listed on the Gottman Referral Network This means that I have completed Levels 1, 2, and 3 of the Gottman Method Training series, have completed over 100 hours of couples therapy, have worked with a consultant who reviewed videos of my sessions, and have passed the GTI exam.
