Building a strong therapeutic relationship is my highest priority. If you choose to work with me, you will find that we will work together to develop a treatment plan that is just right for you. I truly love my work and would be honored to be able to help you to feel better. We can work individually or can include family members if you would like.
Our work together will be highly individualized. We will begin with traditional talk therapy and then integrate evidence based treatment approaches depending upon your treatment goals: CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for depression and anxiety), CBT-E (for eating disorders recovery), FBT (Family Based Treatment for adolescents with eating disorders), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing for trauma recovery), or Gottman Methods Couples Therapy for relationship issues.
I have a passion for working with people who have struggled with mental health issues for a long time. I have been successful in helping people who feel discouraged or hopeless. If you would like, we can integrate discussion of spirituality or faith with your therapy.
